I co-founded the studio with Markus Bader and Dominik Adam-Nikel: a filmmaker, a producer and a creative who doesn't stop at the idea. Three crafts that snap together like puzzle pieces, and decades of brand work between us. Plus a fourth partner who never sleeps: AI.

The name? Our initials. But it stands for more. For Make A Difference, the reason we founded the studio. For Machine Aided Direction, the way we work. And for being a little mad about good content. That's the crazy in crazy good.
